The hectic, fast pace is relentless, you are tired of pushing yourself so hard, of feeling like you run everywhere, never having time to walk. Your resilience is low. You're not sure how much longer you can keep this up but are not sure what to do, what you can change.
How I will help: I'll help you to slow down, take time to reflect on the current balance between different aspects of your life and to work out what balance you'd ideally like. I will help you uncover unhelpful beliefs and behaviours that drive your fast pace. I'll help you identify and then practice more helpful behaviours. I'll help you identify the actions you can take to support your resilience, increasing your ability to cope with and bounce back from setbacks.
