What is coaching?
Coaching is a one to one process that is present and forward looking, creative, challenging and supportive. It is confidential and non-judgemental, focussing on you, what you want to achieve and your success. I will work with you to explore, reflect on and move forward with your goals. Working alongside you, helping you to identify and take the actions needed to turn them into reality.
Wanting to change something is always the starting point for coaching. You may find that some well thought out small changes make a very big difference; or you may want and need to make bigger, more radical changes.
Family and friends are often emotionally invested, not only in their own dreams and desires, but also in the dreams and desires they have for you. Coaching sessions, however, are an objective space to explore and overcome the challenges you are facing, to clarify and achieve your dreams.
You will never know want is possible and what you are capable of unless you explore it.

Your coaching programme
You are unique and what you want to achieve and how you will achieve it will also be unique. For this reason your coaching programme will also be unique to you. If we work together I will design a coaching programme with you, that fits with who you are, what you want to achieve and how you want to get there.
All coaching programmes consist of a series of one to one sessions over a period of time. Each session may be 1 to 1.5 hours long and we may meet weekly, monthly or anywhere in between. We could meet in person in Brighton, by phone, online or a mix. All of this is worked out with you, ensuring your programme fits with what you want to work on and what works best for you.
Your first step
If you would like to talk through how coaching may be able to support you, the first step is to contact me for a free no obligation conversation. Here we can talk about what has brought you to coaching, answer all your questions, talk about what coaching involves and see if coaching is right for you.
If, after your initial call, you would like to go ahead we would set up your first coaching session.
Your first coaching session
Your first coaching session is one of the most important as we will explore what you want to achieve in detail, design your coaching programme and agree how we will work together to achieve your coaching aims. Your coaching programme will then continue as agreed.
